The very representative new baroque building, with double doors and elaborately designed stucco ceilings, has a special old building charm. The listed building has herringbone parquet flooring in the office units, some of which are over 110 years old and have recently been professionally sanded down.

There is a passenger lift in the representative stairwell. Storage space in the basement can be rented by arrangement.
